I'm pretty sure I covered this in C, but there was something about the way the ints were stored that this function wouldn't update the variables properly... Can anyone confirm, or expand?

so although using srand(time(0)) can be used to get truly random numbers, how truly random are they? For example, if one were to call this method at the same time (in this example, if one were to use this command at 51s) each time would the numbers generated be the same???
If so, are the numbers still truly random??
And if this theory is true, how can one generate truly random numbers that cannot repeat based on external variables (e.g., time)?

If you were to use a horizontal line and want to make it a certain color, how would you also make its width different? I can't wrap my head around THIS one. for example:

This makes it green, but I can't add width in there. is there some certain way?
