Unable to cancel MAX subscription
Hello, I've sent a couple of emails with no response regarding being unable to cancel my Sololearn MAX subscription. Very frustrating because I've followed the instructions to navigate to "Manage Subscriptions" but I do not see any option to cancel. A response would be much appreciated.

You can manage and cancel your Sololearn MAX subscription through the platform where you purchased it.
If you bought it on the App Store (iOS), go to App Store → Profile → Subscriptions → Sololearn MAX → Cancel.
If you bought it on the Google Play Store (Android), go to Play Store → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → Sololearn MAX → Cancel.
If you subscribed on the Sololearn website, log in → Settings → Manage Subscriptions → Cancel.
If you don’t see the cancel option in Sololearn, it usually means your subscription is managed through the App Store or Google Play.
