Problem When I try to complete courses

I’m trying to complete some courses in here but when I try to proceed it kicks me out the app

i have reported a probably similar issue just 2 days ago to sololearn. to make sure that you are faced with the same issue than 2 other learners, we need some more details:

> what platform are you using ? android, ios, web ?
> what python courses are you talking about ?
> what module did you use when the issue happens ?
> what lesson / exercise are you trying to do ?
> describe as exactly as possible what steps you do, and what the reaction is. does the app crash when you try to do an exercise and you try to open the code editor ?

Are you sure the app is updated to the latest version? Have you tried to restart your device?

And is your phone or device software updated? You may also try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

If none of that works, I would suggest contacting support at [e-mail] and in the meantime you could use a web browser to access lessons.

good news in case of the crash problem with the ios app.

there is an update for the ios app available that should be installed.

This issue should now be fixed in the iOS app now! It should have already been fixed in Android 😉
