It seems you join only a few hours ago, I'm not sure how you define "not a regular here". Anyhow, here is the advice for you if you want to keep learning.

There are many talent / experienced users here, and most of them are ready to help.

To overcome the "not a regular" issue, try to study 2 or 3 lessons per day, as related concepts are mostly grouped into this size of lessons. You can make an educated guess from the lesson name to determine if they are related or not.

Once you have issue learning in the lesson, try to look up the comments posted in the page you are viewing first. It is uncommon a same person made comments to help out newcomer across the course.
If it doesn't help, then make a question in Q&A. You may find peolpe have interests similar to yours.
