Can I show certificates from sololearn for an interview?

Sure. Don't go thinking that they are of the highest prestige, they more likely show that you are interested in programming and have some skills. If you then back that up with a portfolio and can talk confidently in an interview, you should do well.

They aren't really official but you can show them so they know that you care.

Of course, but they are unofficial certifications, not from an accredited school, etc. So, they may help fool an under-educated hiring manager into giving you an interview, but your actual skills (programming, talking) are still the only thing that can actually get you hired or rejected.
