Why did I lose all my progress and my course revert back to a couple of months ago

Question

I sign in today to find that the course I have finished are now in progress and at a point that they are from done and the ones I started recently are no longer there. Question I have was there an issue where an old back up had to be used to fix an issue ?

Maybe course got updated or smth. Probably better ask [e-mail]

for courses that you have finished and now show that they are in progress:

from time to time sololearn updates / modifies and extends courses with additional questions / exercises or even lessons. just step through this courses to find and accomplish these parts that are pending.

Lother, I understand all that and I am fine with that. W3schools do the same thing except they dont wipe out the progress they just add onto the course. Also all the newer courses I was taking are no longer showing up as even started and there were 2 of those. Many of the completed ones no longer have any progress like they were not even done. I am talking c++ both beggining and advanced, Javascript , beginner (The indemidiate is half way but I already completedthat one and from what I see they didnt uptdate the 2025 revsion according to es , I jsut make the list short witht he following, sql, html , C#, Devops, Linux etc... They are all not there. The ones that are are the ones that I was working on a cxouple of months agoi. Which now thinking about makes it wierd because the ones mentioned where done a while ago and no longer registered.
