Quiz App: Step 3, Restart Button

Question

I am stuck on how to add a restart button when the quiz ends on the above-mentioned step in JavaScript Intermediate.
I have the buttons changing colors completed.
The Restart button is confusing me.
And help is greatly appreciated.

The assignment:
Changing style properties with events can make an app both more usable and more beautiful!
Your tasks:
-Add code to make the True button change color when the mouse/pointer is over it
-Add code to make the False button change color when the mouse/pointer is over it
-Add a Restart button that only appears when the quiz is finished
