Yes. You can install JDK7 32-bit vesion. JDK8 requires at least Windows 7 or higher. Download page is here http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jdk7-downloads-1880260.html. Windows x86 is the vesion for window xp 32-bit.
