Relax. :) I find that when I step back and rest properly, I can walk back into it with the energy I need and not feel the "funk." As well, rarely do I focus on just one thing, so I switch up what I'm doing when I need to. So if you're burnt out on C#, go work on PHP. You get the idea. I work on multiple projects between my personal life and professional life, so when you're tired of learning, go put what you learned to use! I learn the most from trial & error, and the many hair pulling hours of debugging over the years. :D As Jordan mentioned, I'm also a game developer. I'm able to do 3D modeling and animation also, so when I need a break from programming, I'll work on that stuff instead.

I do alot of game development and I enjoy many different parts of it. If I get tired of programming I'll start modeling or make some textures. Usually any problems I come across can be solved by just taking a break, sometimes it takes to the next day. If you don't have that maybe get a game that you can play for a bit so that you can still get that break. As far as being stuck in learning I like to challenge myself like make "blabla" in 1 week. Those usually end up teaching me alot more than I expected.

Take a small break. Think about it throughout my day. I'll come back and attempt again.
