Hey, guys, I'm trying to code a translator app using android studio but the language I'm translating to is not popular, so it's not in the Google language database. Thus I will have to type every word, this brings up an issue how will the code be able to tell when to use the past tense, future tense, and so on. How do I solve this?

I saw a YouTube aboutvusing IBM Watson for this. You may want to search for blog articles and vids on this.
