Please how can I create a form that can contain different options for next form field according to user selection on previous

e.g a form field where the first box contains (game, movie, food) then if user selects "game" next box loads (football, volleyball, basketball etc) options under game for user to select but if user selected "movie" next box loads (star wars, avengers, justice league etc) but if user selects food then options relating to food are made available to user to select from.
