Does the VPS support webpage that have JS script on lt ?

Yes, the VPS fully supports web pages with JavaScript, but it depends on how you have configured it. If your JavaScript doesn't work, it probably has more to do with the server configuration than the VPS itself. I had the same problem on a Windows server on Google Cloud - it turned out that I had configured the web server incorrectly.
