Which best route of programming languages to learn for a complete beginner & how to choose the best path?
If we don't have a science/engineering background, not into calculus or complex math and not choosing as frontend web development path, but very keen on research and analysis, which path would be suitable (data scientist? machine learning? AI? etc) and what programming languages to learn first as a self-taught developer❓ What's your experience?

Eri </> In my defence, we get "What must I do to ____?" questions, 99% duplicates, flooding Q&A daily and your "narrowing it down" was the same way someone might argue, "Neither crimson nor burgundy are red". To quote Bill, "A rose by any other name".
Still, for the sake of fairness, I searched SL using the built-in search and I understand why you couldn't find anything pertaining exactly to your query. That's because the algorithm is terrible. DDG on the other hand, found me this thread in ~3 seconds. Read it _entirely_, it answers just about everything you need (even if the topic is _slightly_ different):

(PS: Sorry for the terse comment earlier, this time it's SL's bad algorithm at fault.)

Do you think if I learn Phyton first, later on when I wanna learn Java would be much more easy?
