Should I uninstall

The thing is I have both apps Learn C++ and Sololearn, should I uninstall Learn C++?

SoloLearn is basically all the apps combined, I see no reason to not have it. A long time ago they provided better editors for whatever specific language, but that's no longer the case imo.

Sure, Learn C++ was last updated on December 25, 2017. I don't think they'll update it anytime soon.
