What language should I learn to dive in to AI development?

I know front-end languages. html, css, JavaScript(not expert) and a little PHP and SQL. I have worked on many web projects and had a good share of money. But I wanna learn about AI and develop. I always fascinated learning AI. I have basic idea of C++ and Ruby. Which language(s) should I learn to achieve my Goal?

I think C++ but I'm not sure. Look for neural networks on Google/YouTube, there are plenty of programs and people explaining them.

Oh yeah, I have also seen a few neural nets with Python too.
