If you don't know how to code I'd suggest you make the sololearn Tech for everyone course, that will give you some ideas about computers and network. https://www.sololearn.com/en/learn/courses/tech-for-everyone

Then, you should choose a primary programming language where you can learn different concepts, I highly recommend python for beginners, and you can even learn on sololearn: https://www.sololearn.com/en/learn/courses/python-introduction

Good luck! The biggest advice I can give you is to practice! Don't try to copy other's code or tutorials, but rather learn how it works!
