"sihost.exe-System Error

The system detected an overrun of a stack-based buffer in this application. This overrun could potentially allow a malicious user to gain control of this application."

After this, neither my start button nor taskbar functionalities are working. what do i need to do fix this? 🙁
Steps I've taken:
Ran malware scan - results nothing
Ran sfc scan - results nothing
