What software or app can i use to make android apps?

I wanna ask if anyone have a good recommendation on making android apps. Now i mean here, i don't want to make an app using online platform.. I mean a real application or software for pc... Thanks

There is also this fun learning platform called Scratch which you can use to make cool projects. It is designed in Java and us just using blocks
