what we learn from this is to use different passwords on all websites (use a randompassword/passphrase generator app )and use a secondary email to login never give your primary email address. on an account of breach you will be in trouble.

Indeed, @Drax, this is two year old news. 000webhost has its issues, but for basic learning level websites, they are decent enough.

Every company experiences breaches; some are just better at avoiding the news. The latter half of that sentence may be a problem; if you agree, does the news (and general education state of the public) make that worse?
