Site Traffic

Question

I have started my own programming site to use It as a future portfolio and a "business", i will have a few open source project there but i was thinking what to actually put on the site to offer value. What do you guys reccomand to drive traffic? And what do you think Will be useful for the community that i can offer? ( Tutorials, courses, opensource programs? )
