Since you didn't specify free versus not, I'm a huge fan of www.PluralSight.com - They have a very extensive library on all sorts of stuff (thousands upon thousands of courses), from beginner level to advanced. You can't go wrong with them.

msdn,read books. advanced? the best way - find good work,in working,you must solve different,hard and new for you tasks. so its the best way. cources and ... give you only basic skills,its "pampering". real projects will give you good knowledge !
