JavaScript or c#?

Question

I wanna be a game developer...I really don't know where to start with.
Is HTML necessary to learn for game developing? what is CSS ,is that necessary to learn?
and about main coding for games...JavaScript(unity script) or c#?!
I know I am a total noob at this thing but could you guys please help..some pro tips?!thank you.
OH ALMOST FORGOT...what's the different between HTML and html5?sorry for being pain in butt.

If you develop with javascript
Yeah it is....(For make some menu bar to your game. Or leave the canvas and use css)

Because of Console game can be done with C#
(And Unity mainly used C#... You know what I mean right?)

Javascript for web plattform, C# for WinPC and XBox

Html & Css are used in web development. They are completely unrelated to game development
