To learn hacking you have to learn the concepts the various languages for example for SQL injection vulnerabilities in web application you have to learn sql,similarly you also have to understand various concepts of php if you wanna get rid of RFI and LFI nowadays Firstly if you wanna learn hacking get started with using linux altough there are many type of linux available on the internet but i recommend to use kali linux
