start with HTML accompanied by CSS...
then learn JavaScript...
then go for frameworks like bootstrap... a CSS framework
then jQuery....a JavaScript framework.
they are enough for non-dynamic webpages...
u can opt to learn AngularJS for building single page web applications.
if u wanna deal with database n create dynamic webpages... go for learning any server side language... most famous is PHP
but u can also learn Ruby or whatever suits u....
