totally your call.
you can do a frontend web dev,or a back-end web dev...If you like you can do both together ,as a full stack web development.
you,can do java c++ and then go for android..
but,better stick to one...doing both together,can cause confusions...again,it's totally your choice.

Python is actually pretty good for back-end webdeveloping, PHP is also good. Javascript is for animations in you website and html and css are for its design
