I want to start a project which is to build a blood donation and reservation system using visual studio...what are the steps in starting the project...setting of visual studio

Learn C# and then MVC. Create ASP.NET MVC website. It is easier to develop nowadays.

Learn more about C# on Udemy or other learning programs. I mainly learned by watching youtube videos. Learn about the sowftware and how it works and its features. Always start small! I gave up on many projects, it started off with a grand idea but i did not have the skill required to build it.
