Need Help for project

Question

I have to submit a minor project and I didn't have any one yet.
Please suggests me some good projects on Java or PHP to build.
I am not allowed to make projects on management like hospital management, library management and steganography, calculator, media player are also not allowed.

E-book (text) converter to audiobook (using Google voice?). That's the thing I want to really have. If you don't do it, one day I will find it or make it.

Any hint what the program will be?:)
