有些Java题目错了吧？Some Challenge was Wrong!

比如看到类似这样的题：
int x=8, y=10;
if (x<7&&++y>9) {
x++;
}
System.out.print(y);
这题关键是考&&符号左边false之后右边是否会执行，但回答y=10居然是错的。这种题明显不对好不！&&符号左边false之后，右边不会执行的好吧！
There is some Wrong Question in Challenge.
Like code of up, the left of && is false, then the right of && will not be executed. So the answer should be 10! but in some Challenge Question, 10 is wrong answer. WTF.......................................................
