Does this app can work in mainland China?

I can't use the code editer in the python3 course or view any pages about sololearn pro.The page shows "Oops.something went wrong." My net connection is good. I can use google play or YouTube with a vpn software.and my phone is HUAWEI mate20 pro. Any useful solutions? Thanks.
