Its always dependent on what you are planning for yourself. Ofcourse you can learn basics of python and then Django, a python library for web development that would help you. But there are a lots of different stacks that you can use like MERN or MEAN. It's all on you......

It is not recommended because you should focus one thing at one time. If you can focus on multiple things at same time. Then go ahead and do all the things what you want. But ability to focus differs from person to person. I hope you understand.

You can do so if you're capable of learning a lot of things in the same time. In my case, I'm always doing such.
