You can be a good programmer
By
1. Know what you want
Being a good programmer is not knowing all programming languages but being able to solve problems with programming languages.
2. Go for it
Pick a programming language and learn maybe Java, JavaScript, python etc. Begin from scratch and solve problems with it
3. Persevere
Learning how to program or being a good programmer does not come easily. There are times when programming will make feel frustrated and tired that happens when you try solving problems and it's not working.
Keep trying the more you fail in some cases, the more you will learn.
and don't fail to always ask questions and seek for resources to help build your knowledge in any specific programming language.
Thanks and God bless

First thing is to find your area of interest since programming is a big branch.
Secondly, find resources to learn it which suit your learning type.
Last but not the least .....just learn and practice it.

You are a good person when you are kind to other people.
So you are a good programmer when you are a programmer and at the same time be kind to other people.
For example, by answering Q&A questions in SoloLearn, like me.

1. I totally agree regarding the practice. I also spent way too much time on reading and tests but not the actual process. Only during writing the actual code I started gaining knowledge.
2. You will need to actually understand what you will do with this knowledge and fall in love what to do.
That's my personal opinion and how I feel about it myself
