In addition, pandas is a package for data manipulation that uses the DataFrame objects from R (as well as different R packages) in a Python environment. Pandas is human readable but not for computation and numpy is for computing and not human readable. Pandas is used for reading data and data manipulation, numpy is used for computations of numerical data. https://www.sololearn.com/learn/6671/?ref=app
