some questions has mfd as a tag so, what is it?

Yes, mfd is marked for deletion (or death). Basically it means that a moderator has tagged it like that because the question does not need to stay around for long (such as the "sololearn is back up" questions that are common right now).

I am not a mod so this could be false information, but this is what I have understood from mfd threads.
