Today i complete my html course so what can i do with html

you're now able to make static webpages and even add audio, videos and photos to them:
but you should proceed to study CSS, to style up your webpages :
not forgetting javascript, to add interactivity to your sites and make them even more dynamic...
with these 3, you can consider yourself a fully_fledged front_end web developer...
there will still be more to learn,
but these 3 are the VERY BASIC, for a web-designer! <^>

HTML itself not much, but with CSS you can make a nice looking webpages then with JavaScript you can make it even better.

php is not important much but It's server side programming so you can do anything useful with it

Depends on what you want to do really. PHP or C# are pretty good to learn as both have there advantages and disadvantages. If you want a more backend developer role in the future I would recommend C# over PHP for now. As C# is closer to JS than PHP In my option
