Do not consider html, css
in the tags As programming languages..

I'm into javascript..
But JavaScript without ajax
Is dead language..
Now days you can create
Desktop applications, mobile apps
And more at web applications

I really recommend javascript to learn

I recommend you C++ to learn if you are newbie, because it's one of the easiest languages to learn, atleast for me
