anyone know from where I can get psueducode of flash sort with explanation I search on net and found some good material but I cannot fully understand it like we make classes then perform permutation and then last step is insertion but at what bases we make classes and then how permutation is performed in flash sort

I read this and other articles I understand it to some extent but I cannot understand what is class it says class is the approximate location of an element in an array then it says , we find every element and place it in appropriate class so what does this means
