Learning English is the easiest thing to do. No one will answer if you speak in Russian. If you consider programming I'd suggest you start from the harder languages like C++ and then advance to easier ones. Starting with the harder ones will build programmer thinking in you and other languages will be a piece of cake later.

It is up to you and your personal goals 😊. Most of them have good use, think of where you want to be and what would you like to work with and start from there. My personal example is that my target is to become a Robotics Software engineer - so i found the proper place to study for it and in the prerequisites they required Python. So i started studying python.. 😁 It really is up to your own realization - you could be a software, AI, network, etc developer, a designer, a data scientist. Think about it and choose your own way. If we leave all of this behind I'd say Java is most frequently used everywhere with a tendency of python becoming the most used language in future years. Don't worry to ask (in English 😉) I'm sure people here will help you straight away. Good luck and stay hungry!
