Hacking by definition is using a software for the purpose other then it was intended to do. So any software to stop hacking? Maybe, you can write code so that every time your software is used for any unintended purpose, it reports back about that so that in next patch / version you may handle that loop hole but it will not be easy to identify the unintended usage.
