work with file in java

Question

in my system and ide just find import java.nio.file.*; and has not any method like obj.exists()) and show me a message "The method exists() is undefined for the type File". as mention also i have problem in scan method "Multiple markers at this line - Scanner cannot be resolved to a type" what should i do?
