You can download it for yourself but you have to register for free first on packtpub.com.

I am not allowed to offer this book for download because of copyright restrictions.

I do this for more than a year and I was offered a few of the books multiple times yet.

Nice to know they may duplicate; I missed the book yesterday because I landed on the wrong page and figured I had to join their Mapt program (false).
