Although this is a programming forum, I'll give it a try :)
Partial derivative of x (y=const):
4x+3y+6
And for y (x=0):
3x+7
The derivative of a constant is 0. So terms that don't include the variable that you derive equal 0.
That's the only thing you have to remember.
