C# all the way. It's better language and more capable. As well, a LOT more resources/support for it in the Unity community.
Also, UnityScript is no longer supported by Unity as of late last year, so I don't recommend starting any new projects using UnityScript. C# is the way to go.

Exactly! That alone is good enough reason to not use it. Even when it was an available option, it wasn't used that much by many. I'm happy they got rid of it and Boo.
