What is the difference in learning #c in code blocks and in visual studio?

i am currently working on code blocks for learning #c language, but i saw that there is some differences in #c language programming in visual studio and code blocks. so i want to know that if i learn #c language on code blocks , shall i have to learn #c separately for visual studio? or i can work with both with the same concept of language?

The language remains the same no matter where you use it, those tools are intended for making your work easier, not to make it even harder by having two different syntaxes.
