Online Interface for quiz creator?

I am trying to contribute via add quizzes, but I found it hard doing it only by sololearn application.

is there any web interface which provides the ability of adding quizzes?

I have tried sending to the sololearn team but yet no response!!

So far the Quiz Factory is only available for the Android app.
