Bugzilla internal server errors..

Apache2::sizeLimit httpd process too big.
Users are getting error while submitting tickets..

can you root access your server, if yes try to change PHP.ini file. First search for size and increase max_upload_size or other size related line.
If not you cannot do anything, just minimize user numbers and their activity.
