I want to make apps and do basic stuff including understanding all sorts of codes. I'm a beginner. Where to start?

to make phone apps you'll need to learn java or swift. to understand the computer you should learn asm and c. to create an operating system, especially as a beginner, you'll need to be crazy.

You need to take it one step at a time. Take on too much and you brain will fry! Pick a language, then finish the course for that language. Then decide what you want to do with that language and learn some more.
