That depends on what you're trying to achieve.
For web development: Start with HTML, and then move on to CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, PHP, and SQL.
For general application programming: Python, C++, and Ruby; then Java, C#, or Swift, based on the platform you're targeting.

python and/orJavaScript give immediate results with less initial coding. html is what is needed to describe a web page. easy and worth knowing the basics in any case, but is not a programming language. so learning html is in addition to something else :- )
