From where should I start to become hacker?? , i am in electrical engineering but i like this so..

I want to learn in iot and it requires knowledge in electronics, it, electrical and computer.. So i want to learn this time is about programing... And hacking includes programming and little bit it stuff so.. Help me..

I would recommend getting into some sort of programming class or online class. So that you can learn the code, the just go from there.
A few main types of programming are Python, Java, C++. I recommend python first. I am currently taking a class and it is pretty straightforward and not too complex.
