after i learning html. what should i learn first ??? css, php, or js ?

HTML is always the first thing you should do. It is the building blocks for web designers, and programmers. After HTML do either CSS or JS. They go hand-in-hand and basically everything else follows that. If you want to get into web developing you should go to PHP to learn about servers sending information to websites and what not.
NOTE: This is my opinion, you never have to do what I think.
