Python server using domain?

i already write a python server. commonly, to access my server we need to put our ip and port to browser. but i want to using a name. using domain? or anything else. and i want to make it public(not only LAN) any help will so appreciated

In order for you to attach a domain to your server, you have to purchase the license for the name. You should head to ICANN.org, they have a list of official distributers / ICANN-accredited registrars and really good documents on how the system actually works.

Well, you have to also port-forward the specific port that you have assigned the servers incoming traffic to.
